All our luxury twin home plans offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and attached 2 car garage. They range from 1149 - 1190 finished square feet of living area. If you prefer a larger laundry room, kitchen pantry or larger walk in closet in the master; we have options to accommodate your lifestyle.

We have developed several floor plan designs to suit the needs of a variety of families. Not all plans are offered in all areas, please check with us for availability in your favorite neighborhood. 

The newest version of Plan B is currently the exclusive plan under construction on 55th St N, just north of the Walmart at 53rd & Meridian in the Valley Center school district.
