 All duplex homes come complete with kitchen appliance package and granite/ quartz counters throughout. Concrete floors are easy to clean and hypo-allergenic.  Some areas such as North Forty Fifth have Luxury vinyl plank flooring. All of our properties include mowing and sprinkler services managed by the HOA at no cost to tenants.          

Located on a quiet residential street with no through traffic, just a mile from main highways for easy access to all Wichita amenities. Children attend Valley Center Schools with bus service. Wichita address and lower water rates.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities such as Electric, Gas, Trash and Water. A one year lease is required and all monthly rent payments will be drafted via ACH from your bank account on the 1st of every month.

Up to 2 pets per unit if under 40 lbs with a one time non-refundable fee of $300. No monthly fees required. No aggressive breeds prohibited by local ordinances. Dogs are required to be leashed outdoors unless enclosed in fenced spaces and you must clean up after your pets immediately.

Credit Requirements: Tenant should be able to document at lease 3X the monthly rent amount in household income. A background check will be completed through Transunion My Smart Move. Past landlord collections/ evictions  or violent criminal convictions are grounds for denial.
